EXCELLENT service, from late check-in, assistance with excursions and sending me an item I forgot by mail. The staff truly went the extra mile. Room was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. There were even umbrellas, which we needed during the 2 rainy days we were touring Vancouver. Living room was large enough to accommodate our 3 snowboard bags. Location perfect for us — market, coffee shops, and lots of restaurants all within a block, Stanley Park a few blocks away. The staff arranged our cab to the pickup location for the Whistler Shuttle, including the special request for a minivan, and written confirmation of the reservation slipped under our door. Would definitely stay here again!

We were thoroughly impressed with The Times Square. We had a beautiful room, more like a studio apartment. Close to Stanley Park and a great assortment of restaurants and bars. The staff was exceptional!

We recently stayed two nights in a one bedroom + den for myself, my wife and son. Perfect! Everyone can get their own space. It’s not a hotel room, it’s a suite or apartment. Very well thought out and well appointed. Everything you could want or need for an overnight stay, or a month. You could not get more convenient to the downtown west end. Walk to everything! Very friendly staff and crew, immaculate housekeeping! I’ve seen 5 diamond properties that don’t live up to this standard of cleanliness. We’ll be back for sure.

This hotel is in a wonderful location with fine staff and good rooms. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything worked. I was pleased to see a compost bucket attached to the garbage pail in the room. The down side was the endless slamming of doors in the evening due to the large number of young Japanese students running from room to room. The kids were clearly enjoying themselves and I have no problem with that, but the fact that the doors just slammed behind them, and there were many doors being slammed closed, really kept us from getting a good night’s sleep. A bit of adjusting, perhaps, to doors overall might reduce this problem as I cannot imagine we were the first people to be kept awake by loud door noises into the night.

I stayed at the Landmark with my father, and found it to be acceptable accommodation. The beds were comfortable, the staff was polite, if not overly friendly, and the place was clean. Considering the low room rate for the area, and that the hotel is scheduled for demolition, I figure the pro of the low cost and the cons of dated appearance and a little wear and tear balance out evenly. The location is excellent, no matter you reason to visit down town Vancouver

We chose the hotel after finding it on here, so pleased we did. The location is fabulous, lots of great restaurants in the neighbourhood, you can wander over to Stanley Park, and yet be downtown in a nice short jaunt. If you prefer to eat in the suites have full kitchens, Safeway is across the road and Whole Foods a block away. The bed was so comfortable and the living area cozy, very nice in winter with the fireplace. We had an end unit and found it to be very quiet. If driving, secure underground parking with easy access from the alley. Staff friendly and helpful, was cold outside when we arrived and they had left the flat screens on the fireplace channel so entered to the sounds of crackling fires, very nice touch!

I chose this hotel based on reviews and our stay exceeded my high expectations. I reached out to Times Square Suites Hotel by phone after I read some reviews on some street noise issues. The front desk kindly reserved a top fourth floor room facing Robson Street for our family’s three-night stay.

As directed by reviews, we pulled our car into the back of the building to access the parking lot and the front desk is on the garage floor. You use a key for access the elevator, fourth-floor patio/grill area, front door and garage and a separate key to your apartment.

What a roomy apartment! We had one large room serving as kitchen, dining and living room, a small patio, a roomy bedroom with a tv and a “den” that was really a small bedroom outfitted with a twin-sized bed, nightstand and lamp and a small open closet. The unit was nice and sunny and we had no problems with noise. It was very handy to have a washer, dryer and fully loaded kitchen with a dishwasher. The unit even had a one-use box of detergent so we were able to return home with clean clothes.

The staff were super nice and helpful and the location was great – two blocks to the entrance of Stanley Park, 15 minute walk to the aquarium, a supermarket across the street, Starbucks downstairs, plenty of restaurants within three blocks and once you walk about four blocks up Robson Street there was plenty of clothes and souvenir shopping too. We had no problems getting a space no matter what time we returned from exploring with a car – we visited Capilano Bridge, Chinatown and Kitsilano.
A definite bang for the buck stay.

Stayed in a one bedroom + den suite for two nights. Everything was spot on, comfy beds, clean bathroom, lounge with a gas fireplace, which came in handy in the cold weather. Lots of restaurants nearby, also supermarkets were we bought things for breakfast. Service was excellent, (reception was closed from 11 pm – 7 am) and as we had to leave for the airport at 6 am – and needed a big van as we had skis etc, we booked via reception the night before. Taxi was outside on time, so no problems at all. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Heaven!! The warm birthday wishes, hand made card and treats were a lovely surprise. Thank you for the added thoughtfulness. I look forward to returning after the renovations are complete to see the new look.

We had a very nice one week stay despite the major renovations ongoing. The main entrance and the lobby was closed. We got a king suite which was very spacious. It has a separate living room. All very comfortable and very well designed. The high floor room also gave us nice views from both the bedroom and living room windows. The location is also good. It’s right in the downtown area with easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff were all very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Awesome location, and we walked everywhere.

Even in the renovation the staff was over accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. Our new rooms were very well done. We will be back.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Westin Grand and were treated to an upgraded room and a small bottle of wine to share and a couple of sweets. thank you Westin that was a nice surprise.

Our room had an amazing view overlooking BC Place and the sunrise over Mt Baker and the mountains was so beautiful.

Heavenly beds are always a treat. Our room was recently upgraded which was very nice and our only complaint was the sofa (which is a sofa bed) wasn’t very comfortable as the cushions seem to make you feel like you’re falling off the sofa as it is higher at the back than the front.

The hotel is undergoing reno’s and they are doing the best they can at accommodating check in which was not an issue at all.

The staff was first class. They made us feel at home on from the beginning to the end. We were in and out of these hotel multiple times a day, over an 8 day period, and they were very helpful no matter the request.

Beds were so comfy and we had an exceptional dinner at Forage – restaurant right downstairs. Brunch was also very good. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We loved having valet parking too, very handy.

Special treatment at all times by staff. Lovely hotel! Right on Robson Street. Great shopping and restaurants and dancing within walking. Very clean and nice wine reception in lobby, too.

Hotel is well located, nicely appointed and was very quiet. There are some very good casual restaurants in the immediate area and its a short walk to waterfront. Enjoyed my stay.

Loved the comfy bed! Loved the pot of hot coffee in the morning and the friendly man who delivered it. Loved the location! Also really appreciated the great selection of art magazines in my room.

Great location, nice view from the 16th floor and the breakfast at the top.
closed to Stanley park on walk distance and city, and harbour also, good comfortable bed, friendy staff at the desk and breakfast. the room was clean, but the room needs maintenance, buts its your money worth

If you are looking for the hotel which is the good location (near by down town, shopping area), and low price. This hotel is certainly recommendable.
We were hesitated before booking this hotel because many reviews stayed that the hotel is old. Upon arrival, we found that hotel is not too bad, clean and neat. It is definitely a budgeted hotel. The hotel is closed to Stanley Park, walking distance to Pacific Mall, Canada Place. There are lots of good quality Japanese and Korean restaurants around the hotel. The room is clean. The only thing we don’t like much is the heaters. We are a family who booked three rooms. All heaters are quite loud at night.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Really great service. Room was big and specious. Also it was modern room meeting current normal standards. There were window walls around the room, drapes can be opened for bright light and it provides comfy stay. Loved the design of the room. I wish the bathroom could have been upgraded.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION…is the key for this place. Its in downtown hub (Robinson street). You can ring all the shopping and dining options of downtown there. Many great options around there (Had an amazing Malaysian food there). There is free bus right from the hotel door to major attractions (suspension bridge, stanley part, gas town, etc…)

As you already figured it out, this hotel is in a fantastic location: It’s so easy to take the train from the airport to the Burrard Station (about 30 min ride) then walk to the hotel from the train station, about 10 minute walking distance.
The hotel is also located in a very busy Robson street where there are many places to shop, dine, hang out in all directions. The Stanley Park, Gas Town, Canada Center are all walking distance if you like to walk/ hike. And it’s a lovely walking city that feels fairly safe even during the evening. You still have to be security conscious and be street smart of course.
The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. As a matter of fact, they were doing construction when we visited during the holiday. It did not bother us because the noise is usually around 9am-5pm and we are mostly out during those hours. If you will stay in the hotel room a lot then don’t stay here. The bed is very comfortable. I did not like the pillows. They are too squishy.
Despite that it is along Robson Street, the noise outside did not bother us. They must have an awesome insulation. I’d definitely stay here again.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. .
