Ramada Limited Hotel Vancouver

Price: Very Reasonable
Service: Great. Made you feel like a valued customer
Room: Cozy but had a nice big bathroom. Perfect place to stay if you’re not planning on being in the room much.
Breakfast: Typical continental breakfast. Did the job
the Beds: Comfy

The hotel rooms and lobby were refreshed, clean, and cozy. The staff were friendly and professional. Downtown location made it easy to see what we wanted. I think it was a great find & would stay there again.

I reserved 5 rooms for our family after our Alaska cruise. The hotel was fabulous! We arrived early and the staff went out of their way to secure our luggage and offer guidance as to our one day visit. They were extremely helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. One member of our group commented that she was reminded of a small boutique European hotel. EXCELLENT!!

We stayed at the Ramada in downtown Vancouver for 4 nights in June 2017. It was an old building and was a little tired but very clean and comfortable. We found the location ideal, close to many attractions and different neighbourhoods in the city. Most everything was within walking distance. The staff was terrific. Very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend it to anyone.

Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver

Amazing, helpful, competent and kind staff from the valet to the gym! No matter your needs they are amazing!

Beautiful views. Excellent food! Try the butter chicken…

And it’s right next to Fly Over Canada which I love too!

Pan Pacific Vancouver epitomizes “Best in Class”. I did a ton of research prior to finally choosing this hotel amongst the list of Downtown Vancouver hotels – and this Ranks #1!

It has the “best view” of the Harbour. It is the “best in location” and central to Stanley Park, Gastown, Fly Over Canada, Robson St, free shuttle to Capilano Suspension Bridge or Grouse Mountain and more… We were there for one week and did not require a car because all was convenient.

No words can express the level of professionalism, class and service the Pan Pacific Vancouver offered my family. It all starts from the GM Craig Norris-Jones who exemplified the pure meaning of best in class in customer service. Along with his colleague Kathryn, they ensured all needs were met.

I highly highly recommend staying on the 23rd floor – the Pacific Club Floor Lounge. Not only are the suites fully refurbished with sophistication, the attention that ever guest received is outstanding.

Under Joel’s excellent direction, my family and I had a great experience and wanted to thank him and the PCL team – Aileen, Kenette, Executive Sous-Chef Stefan & Executive Chef Jeff. We appreciate all of your efforts and assistance especially with our food allergies.

Enjoy the beautiful city of Vancouver and stay at the Pan Pacific – a memorable vacation you will never forget.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located for all downtown activities.
We had a high floor, corner king bedroom. Very spacious. Extreamly quiet, clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the room was not ready, but we were allowed to park our car early in the parking lot next building ($14 per night). The parking area that’s designated for the hotel guests is gated, so we felt safe to keep our car there. The room was small, which was okay, but it did not give out a fresh, clean feeling. The bathroom had a funky smell and there was hair in the sink and on the toilet when we first walked in (yuck). Also, the AC was not working, but the hotel provided a fan. The room was cool with the window open, but it was very loud at night since the room was facing a busy street. Even with these issues, we might stay here again in the future because the location was great (very close to shops and restaurants), as well as good parking option.

Very small-ish hotel that is in the center of town, a rather easy walk to the cruise pier (not with luggage though). Problem when we were there was the AC had broken and was not going to be fixed for at least as long as we were there (2 nights). Not a real problem as the windows open, but we were streetside and the garbage truck came at like 12:30 one night and a delivery was made at like 11:00 the next night. It was clean and ok for the price.

We spent 4 night in this hotel and couldn’t wait to leave. Not to well maintained, air conditioning in the whole hotel didn’t work for our whole stay. Lift REALLY slow. Breakfast service very slow. The bar lady, tall girl from dutch extraction outstanding. Very noisy corner

Listel Hotel Vancouver

We are 2 couples in our 50’s and stayed at The Listel.
This hotel is modern, rooms were ultra clean and comfortable.
It is situated on Robson street the main shopoing hub the other end of Robson towards Gastown way all the malls are there too all within a short 15 walk.

The staff are at the desk 24/7 and were so helpful and friendly.

We liked the central location of this hotel and walked to everything whether we needed to go to Canada Place or to catch a ferry on the other side towards Granville Island. Each walk took approx 15 mins.

Plenty of restaurants around the area too.

Stayed three nights in August. Very busy weekend with fireworks, PRIDE parade and National BC day. Staff was very accomodating helping us understand the transit system, make dinner reservations, etc. Loved the fact they are very environmentally friendly. Also loved the filtered still and sparkling water!

Beautiful place, SPOTLESS! Very helpful staff. Cool artwork. Great location near downtown. Centrally located with everything near by. Also the hotel was very quiet.
I would give Listel hotel my highest recommendation.

Le Soleil Hotel Vancouver

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. We love the rooms..great size bedroom, very comfy bed, nice view, great big bathroom and separate lounge. I love the feel of the hotel, old style which we love. Im very fussy about cleanliness and Im very happy to say the place is spotless. Would recommend.

Our family of four visited Vancouver on vacation, and Executive Hotel Le Soleil was the perfect resting spot. It’s well-positioned as a launch pad for most tourism. Staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The decor is warm and inviting, and the rooms are comfortable.

As a Christmas present I brought my son to a hockey game in Vancouver. It is pretty rare that it is just the two of us so I wanted to make it a memorable weekend and so we stayed here, my favourite hotel in Vancouver.

The staff has always been very warm and welcoming and this trip was no exception despite the fact that we were wearing Philadelphia Flyers jerseys. Nothing bad to say about this venue.

The Hotel Le Soleil is beautiful, public areas as well as the guest suites. Colors are very inviting and restful. Very close to shopping and the cruise ship doc as well as float planes. Beautiful location.

Howard Johnson Downtown Vancouver

Hey, if you don’t want to break the bank and you plan to spend more time outside than in, this is the hotel for you.

The first room I was allocated had a window – the “view” was a lightwell of maybe 1-2 meters and faced another window. I would have liked to know that in advance.
After a long flight I wanted to take a shower – however, the 2 trickles that came out of the showerhead did not merit the name “shower”. I called the front desk and asked for a different room. The gentleman told me he would call me right back. He did not. 30 minutes later I was at the front desk and was eventually allocated a new room.
All other personnell were very helpful and friendly.
The location of the hotel is great.

I live in the condo directly behind the hotel which overlooks it and wanted to provide some guidance for those that are staying. The back of the hotel in the alley is a popular place for drug users/dealers. As a result cars parked in the narrow parking lot between the hotel and the Scotia dance theater are often scoped out for valuables (usually very early in the morning). I have actually stopped one vehicular b&e in progress. I would recommend not parking in this alley if possible. If you do park here do NOT leave any valuables in plain sight in your vehicle.

Georgian Court Hotel Vancouver

Perfect spot in downtown Vancouver. The staff are wonderful and it is quiet and elegant. We were originally booked in a triple room – my sister, my husband and me but my sister got sick and after travelling for over two weeks already I could see none of us would get any rest. They organised for us to have the penthouse which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Thank heavens as my Hubby also got sick! It was a stunning suite the two sickies could lock themselves away in the bedrooms and I could sit on the couch in the lounge. The quality of the furnishing is excellent and everything was very comfortable.
For those who follow my recommendations, the bed was excellent, the shower pressure not overly strong but you had a choice of rain head or hand held which helped. Toiletries were of a high quality.
There is a coffee machine and water supplied daily.
A jazz club next door and a passable restaurant on ground floor. I can’t thank the staff enough for help and consideration. We loved Vancouver and the Georgian Court

The Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. Many do not have a good view.
The lobby is awkward and the space is not for group sitting or enjoyment. The furniture is tired looking.
They are often short staffed.
Location is good.
rooms are remodeled and nice and our room was spacious too. The Nespresso came in handy!

While there my truck was damaged (I’m 95% sure), and I’ve since emailed the guest manager, however he has not been accountable for my damages. I’ve emailed the General manager, however no response yet, but it’s only been one day. I’ve been offered free valet and upgrade for my next stay, however that isn’t satisfactory. I won’t ever be valet’ing my vehicle there again.

Hotel had everything that I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Very well located, close to everything. Good restaurant on site and directly connected to a mall with good shopping. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at this property for three nights as part of a BC vacation experience with tween kids. We were in a suite that was big, quiet, had plush comfortable beds and had stunning city views. The indoor/outdoor pool was a big hit with kids and adults, it was never too crowded. The concierge was amazingly helpful and patient. We are at Yew one night, had very hospitable be kid friendly waiter Joel. Food ordered at the pool came quickly and made the kids happy (they loved the grilled cheese sandwiches). Requests to housekeeping for more espresso, an in room fridge, a change of linens were responded to quickly and kindly. The central location made it easily walkable to Stanley Park, with lots of food options and shopping nearby. We had a car, which was less expensive to valet than self park at the mall beneath the hotel. All in all it was a perfect vacation experience.

Good location, walking distance from a lot of good restaurants. Nice and helpful people and very clean rooms. A/C was out in the middle of July for most of my first night. I liked the food in their patio bar.

This hotel is in a convenient location, close to Granville island and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and points of interest. The drawback is that there’s a lot of construction in the area and it can get noisy! Also we made three attempts to have them replace our shower curtain and it wasn’t done! The shower curtain was torn and didn’t fit properly therefore the water leaked!

We found the staff just wonderful and helpful , the gentlemen working the front desk who has been there for many years like 25 was just an outstanding host and what a wonderful attitude , a very valued employee at best

Handy downtown location so it’s within walking distance to most sightseeing points of interest. Dooleys Irish bar next door had great food & live music both nights we were there. It also provides an amazing comprehensive cooked breakfast for just $10pp (great value)
Reception staff are friendly & helpful.
Room was clean with lovely comfy beds.
Would stay here again as we thought it was good value for money.

The hotel is in the center of Vancouver downtown. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. The rooms are nice clean and spacy. Good wifi! Friendly staff.
We enjoyed the nice Irish Pub that is in the same building.
Highly recommendable for a Vancouver downtown visit.

Stayed one night in Vancouver before boarding a ship for an Alaskan cruise. The location was about 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to the port. However, it is a bit of a hill so we didn’t think walking there with luggage was the best idea, especially since it looked like it might rain. There were four of us in 1 room. We booked 2 queen beds and a sofa bed specifically because there were 4 of us. When we checked in, the front desk charged us extra for the two others (our kids). Why have a room that sleeps 4 to six if you’re gonna charge extra if you use all the beds? Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but they couldn’t do anything about the extra charge. Room was clean and comfy.
