St Regis Hotel Vancouver

St. Regis is a very good, efficiently managed business suite-style property, but it is not, as the pictures and sometimes the pricing would suggest, a luxury retreat in the city. The hotel offer reasonably sized suites with living and bed room, two TV’s and spacious bathrooms. The decor is neutral, the rooms clean and well maintained, but mine smelled funny of antiseptic agents. Room on the second floor had only limited natural light, and due to the busy intersection, some exposure to street noise.

The restaurant/bar is more like a pub and not particulary inviting, but continental breakfast is decent.but the

Hotel staff was super-friendly and helpful. In an expensive city like Vancouver it still offers quite decent value for your money.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at St Regis. You made us feel very welcomed and looked after. We loved our stay in this fabulous hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, quiet and comfortable. Our only criticism is the lack of choice for breakfast.
We loved the Saint Regis in Vancouver. We just came from an Alaska cruise and found the bed to be the most comfortable in two weeks. The room was a little small however the bathroom was very large and accommodating. The king size bed was comfortable the pillows were fantastic and the room was very very clean. The bar attached to the hotel was great with good food. You can walk to the Pacific Mall and the very trendy Water Street area. There you will find plenty of small cafes,
restaurant ‘s and bars. There’s a Starbucks and Gotham steakhouse attached to the hotel. You won’t be disappointed if you have to spend a night or more at the St. Regis.

Boutique hotel is Vancouver’s own city centre, New York-style, heritage hotel that offers classic, yet contemporary accommodations. The hotel is within walking distance of Rogers Arena, fine shopping, numerous restaurants including it’s own and the convention centre.

Ramada Downtown Vancouver Granville

It is downtown so most places are close by. It is also close to the ratty part of downtown with shuttered stores and junkies sleeping in the street. Nightclubs causing noise till 3 am could be heard in spite of being put on the 3rd floor, however this did not affect my sleep as it was muffled. If you are sensitive this may cause you problems. Rooms are on the smaller side probably due to it being older. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We booked the room for a single night and was completely thrown off that you need to go to the alley in order to get to their parking. Once inside, the front desk staff wasn’t friendly and was almost offended that there were people checking in. Wasn’t aware you need to pay for a valet parking.
Once we were checked in and found our room, the room looks really dirty. The room didn’t look like the photos; carpet was dirty, and the room had a disgusting smell. For the amount of money we paid for, over three hundred sixty American dollars, we expected to be more upper class. However, we were completely thrown off by it.
The place is loud at night, due to the club directly next to it. The music was so loud you can feel the bass rambling on the windows and walls. It lasted til 3 am and we couldn’t get any sleep.
We choose to pay with continental breakfast, and were given the breakfast voucher to use. We went into the restaurant next door and were completely in surprise. The waitress wasn’t friendly, and we didn’t know the voucher wasn’t part of the breakfast bar. She was rude and told us to go. We went back to the front desk and the dudes behind the reception desk didn’t know what was going on. My wife was so mad, we didn’t get any breakfast for my three children.
Outside of the hotel, there are homeless people around and the location isn’t safe. If we had known this beforehand, we wouldn’t even choose that hotel. Learned firsthand, and totally regret staying there. Made our trip to Vancouver a bad experience.
Just a warning to anyone else that is thinking of staying here, please look else where. You’ll regret just like we did and would never stay in another Ramada again.

Opus Hotel Vancouver

As I used to live in Yaletown, I would always walk by the hotel and always wondered what it was like staying in one of their rooms. Now that I no longer live in Vancouver, I had the opportunity to stay and man was I happy I stayed here.

First off, the hotel lobby is very chic and the staff are really friendly. When we checked in, we were given a complimentary sparkling rose. The times where we needed to get somewhere quickly downtown, the car service was a nice touch and really helped to get somewhere in a hurry (we made sure to tip really well).

Now the room, super chic and modern. It was very clean and I definitely made myself feel like I was at home and more so. The bed was comfortable compared to the other hotel we had stayed at the night before.

The hotel bar is small but again very chic and modern. Bartender was a bit of a mess and she was a bit unprofessional, sitting down at the bar when she wasn’t doing anything, but I can look past that because the cocktail was good.

Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the heart of Yaletown. Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were beautiful. Bright pops of colors, fireplace, heated bathroom floors… Tons of great options for food within walking distance. Beautiful places to stroll, run or take a bike ride. Provided the right mix of work & play while in town for business.

Lord Stanley Suites On The Park

Easy walk to Stanley park, shops and busses. Staff are excellent to deal with and are very friendly. Bedroom a little small but overall a small inconvenience. The suites are 1 block from Robson Street which has 19 blocks of shopping.

Stayed there for 3 days.. everything was well organised and comfortable. Nice place. The hotel staff is very friendly, Didn’t have any issue with the hotel. Will recommend to others. Nice place for short and long term visit.

The apartment 703 had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 day stay. The staff in all departments were exceptional, helpful and efficient. The location is good facing Stanley Park and an easy 15 minute walk into the centre. However the bedroom in this Premium apartment contained a rather small double bed and it was not possible to move around it as the room was not very wide. There was one bedside table and lamp but no room on the other side of the bed and no central light in the room with difficult to pull curtains. We solved this by using the sofa bed as well as the main bed. This is fine for two friends but not for a couple. Would suggest checking bedroom when booking to clarify, but would recommend with this reservation

Listel Hotel Vancouver

My wife and I stayed for three nights and were very pleased. The location is perfect right in the middle of Robson st and walking distance to Stanley park. The staff was good/friendly. The room was nice and quite comfortable. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Vancouver.

The hotel is in a great location – it was out first visit to Vancouver. The staff were warm, knowledgeable and very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

If you want to relax in an art-filled boutique hotel, be cared for by gracious professional staff, have French Press coffee delivered to your room first thing in the morning, and enjoy the natural cuisine at the Forage restaurant, then The Listel Hotel is your best choice in Vancouver, BC.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, quiet and peaceful, and the bed is sublime. Location couldn’t be better for enjoying the West End, Stanley Park, and English Bay.

Amazing boutique hotel, close to restaurants, city centre, Stanley Park and many other areas of interest. The food in Forage and Timber is very, very good and the service was great. In general very clean, all needs met.

Le Soleil Hotel Vancouver

We were in Vancouver over Memorial Day. We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The rooms were comfortable with a sitting area and bedroom. It is worth the upgrade to a corner room. The staff was friendly and helpful. They sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room when we told them it was our anniversary. It is close to Canada Place, Gastown, and Stanley Park. There is a bike rental place less than a block away if you want to bike the Seawall.

The hotel itself was charming, the staff personable and attentive. The entire experience was a delight. Craig on the front desk was especially helpful in arranging reservations our first night in the city, which happened to be our anniversary. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay their again on our next visit to Vancouver.
I was in Vancouver for 5 days on business. The hotel was great and delivered on expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. One of the great things was the bath has been removed and replaced with a generous shower. All hotels should get rid of the crazy step in bath/shower – well done Le Soleil!!

I had dinner in the Copper Chimney Indian Restaurant (pert of the hotel) and had the Butter Chicken. Cliched I know, but it was the best butter chicken I have ever had!

Having a beer outside at the table on the footpath (sidewalks to locals) after a long day at work was particularly memorable – people say hello and want to chat on the way past? It was great.

Hotel Blu Vancouver

My stay in Hotel Blu was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They gave us suggestions for food and a nail spa. The location is good. There are several restaurants in close walking distance. We took several tours and were picked up at the hotel. We came to go on a cruise and wanted to see Vancouver before we got on the ship. Hotel Blu had good revues and they were correct. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel for a very nice place to stay in Vancouver.

Whilst the location is ideal- this overpriced hotel is not! No hot water after getting in after long day of travelling- confusion over a hairdryer- was told they did not have one available in the hotel when it was in the room all along. There are better options close by- the website is deceiving and while the rooms have flash- the basics are missing….

Excellent. Close to everything. Hotel very modern. Very comfortable. Quiet. Romantic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We left with so many great memories and the hotel was part of that overall experience.

Georgian Court Hotel Vancouver

The employees at the Georgian Court Hotel were absolutely exemplary. They were so helpful any time we had a question, and their service was outstanding. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. Our stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience.

This was my first stay in the Georgian Court Hotel and I was impressed. Meeting locations downtown were easily accessible by foot, as were places to walk along the water and stop for coffee or meals. The yoga mat and chaise lounger in the room make it extra comfortable for working and unwinding.
Excellent location places you within an easy walking distance to many downtown sights plus close to restaurants and theatres. Rooms are a good size and well equipped with very comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant is excellent.

I stayed in 5 hotels in 7 nights and this was my favourite. The location was fine for us, easy to get a taxi anywhere. Across from BCE place. This was the best bed and the only hotel to have a FOAM pillow ! Thank you Danica in housekeeping for finding that pillow. Good size modern room and lovely modern washroom. I have no complaints and would stay again. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Felt safe that you need a room key to go to different floors in hotel.

Granville Island Hotel

My daughter treated me to a Mothers Day weekend in Vancouver. The hotel experience was excellent. All staff members we dealt with were accommodating and courteous. Our room on the 3rd floor was small, but luxurious. Marble floors, high-end linens, fluffy pillows, and a small balcony overlooking a park and marina on the water. Unfortunately, it was too cold & damp for us to sit out on the restaurant’s waterfront patio, but we’ll do that on another trip.

With hotels in Vancouver being so expensive, this hotel is a great choice because of its fantastic location. Sitting on the corner of Granville Island, you are literally steps away from art galleries, restaurants, bakeries, and the market. The restaurant in the hotel is highly rated but can be quite expensive. For instance when we stayed here the brunch on Sunday was $74.95 a person! Luckily a few steps away and you have many other choices.
We found the staff to be friendly and the rooms to be a bit snug, though we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways since there’s so much to do nearby. A good choice and we would stay here again.

A lovely oasis on bustling Granville Island! We have stayed on numerous occasions over the years and will again in the future. Friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to accommodate, spotless well appointed quiet rooms and a delicious dining room with breathtaking scenery. So much to see and do – all in walking distance or by sea taxi. Renewal for body, mind and spirit. We would never stay anywhere else!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. I stayed there for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave.
Box of chocolates first day and cookies each evening were a nice touch. Perfect location downtown. I will definitely be back.

We made a last minute booking after a long 2 days in Vancouver and not wanting to drive back to Whistler. From the moment we walked in the service was amazing – great room, late night drinks, excellent breakfast and relaxing morning with a noon check out.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel with a Vancouver location that cant be beat. Small, with helpful and friendly staff. Would have to be my most favorite hotel in Vancouver. I will always recommend this property

We stayed here for night just to get away to Vancouver and do some shopping and eating. This hotel was great. The room was very spacious and we had a nice view o the city. The staff were first class. Check in was great and they were very accommodating to get us into a room even though we were checking in early.
We had a drink in the bar which was very relaxing. There was even someone playing piano in the bar.
The bed was very comfortable which I see as being one of the most important things about a room. I’d definitely staff here again.

Little Stay-cation with my boyfriend and It was everything that I’ve hoped for. Thank you for all stuff for making our short stay absolutely amazing!! Couldn’t have picked a better space to spend couple of days in.

The Wedgewood Hotel & Spa is amazing. Starting from the staff to the smallest details. Turndown service nightly. Love the steam room. Location is great. You can walk everywhere! Definitely a place to stay at.
