I stayed at L’Hermitage for 2 nights on business, in a King room, departing from my usual hotel, and did not regret it for a second.
– 5 star service
– Spacious well-appointed rooms
– Spacious washroom with separate soaker bath and stand-up shower
– Gorgeous rooftop saltwater lap pool and hot tub
– Decent sized 24-hr fitness room with new equipment
– Nice steamroom
– Very nice, huge business lounge with high ceilings
– Convenient location close to Vancouver financial/business district, close walk to Rogers Arena, Pacific Centre mall, shopping on Robson street, restaurants in Gastown
– Bed was too hard for my liking, but a matter of personal preference
Overall this is an excellent hotel, and I would stay there again, even on my own dime.

my sisters stayed here over the weekend and of course I went visiting, my sisters are young and picked a place within their price range and they loved this place, it wasn’t a dive, it was clean, decently priced, layout of the rooms was cool, there was 2 beds. a living area with t.v and couch and chair, 2 TV’s a stove, a fridge, all for less than $100, so very well worth it. Bathroom was a lot like many other hotel bathrooms but nice! could use more towels though 😉

This hotel is located in a nice section of downtown. I was able to check into a clean room with a really large king bed. The hotel was beautiful. I did not eat at the hotel. I chose to eat out. My usual selling point with a hotel is the fitness center and how comfortable is the bed. They get an A+++. The hotel is affiliated with the neighborhood gym, and the bed was amazing. I slept like a baby.

The hotel met and exceeded expectations … check in went smooth , friendly staff who hilited things to do , places to go on a map … we had adjoining rooms to accommodate a family visit.
Rooms are “huge” and recently redone/upgraded with a full fridge , electric stove top if you wanted to cook something up in your room… location is pretty central for sight seeing within the city centre … lots of places to eat nearby on Davie and Granville Streets … a nice complimentary breakfast is included … try to go early to avoid the last 15 min rush 🙂 Will certainly stay at this location again when in Vancouver
The Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver was the original home to the Vancouver Canucks of the NHL it is now home to the Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League.
It is located on the Fair Grounds of the Pacific National Exhibition along with Hastings Race Track and Casino and of course the Annual Fair at the PNE which runs from mid August to Labor Day.
The Closest Hotel to the Pacific Coliseum is the Atrium Inn located just across the street on Hastings at Renfrew St. Other Hotels that would require you to take your car or local transit would include these Hotels that are located in North Vancouver and Burnaby with easy access to the PNE

I needed a place to stay for a conference in downtown Vancouver and found a great deal online. It’s an older hotel, but it’s had renovations, and although the rooms aren’t big or fancy, if you’re looking for a clean room at a great price I don’t think you’ll find a better deal. There’s both a sports bar, as well as a wine bar right at the hotel, and everywhere in downtown Vancouver is within walking distance, with the skytrain station is just a couple of blocks away. Vancouver can be an expensive city for hotels …an excellent value for your money!
Took the sky train here from the airport, had to walk 2 blocks with our suitcases but we liked the adventure and I think it only cost us 10 dollars or something like that. Omg this place has the best concierge ever!! We arrived and within minutes the concierge had us a reservation for supper at an upscale sushi resto where reservations are required to get in! The place was amazing! The next couple days we walked everywhere…gas town, the sea planes, downtown shopping area, we even walked to Granville island…so much fun! We also checked out Capilano Suspension Bridge activities, a must do!! Wish we would’ve had another couple of days to explore Stanley park but this was one of the best long weekends I’ve ever had (that was in a city since we usually camp but we were here for Canadian thanksgiving long wknd in October and I’ll also say the weather was amazing for all the walking we did!).
I stayed at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle for a work conference (conference was not located here) for four nights and it was my first time in Vancouver. I can say unequivocally that this was one of the most enjoyable Marriotts I have ever stayed at.
The location of the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle is absolutely perfect, as it is right downtown along the water. The views on all sides of the hotel are absolutely breathtaking (especially in the concierge lounge!). The design and style of the hotel is completely modern and up-to-date. The bathrooms were especially nice with a heavenly rain-shower. The service was also out of this world–I wanted for nothing and anytime I made a request it was fulfilled quickly and they would always go above and beyond what I asked. I also ordered room service several nights and had a few meals at the bar in the lobby and couldn’t say a bad word about any of it.
So many hotels with awesome reviews, I didn’t even know where to start. Chose this one because of the Great location, clean, well-kept, staff was very friendly. Had a great time walking around Vancouver, and never got lost because hotel was directly across the street from the big stadium, made it easy to find our way home every time!
