Comfy king size beds. Clean spacious room with decent views. Hi-def tvs, free wifi was average to slow. Check in and out was easy. Moderately priced for area. Nice amenities in the bathroom, separate shower and bathtub.
No complaints with this hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are well equipped and spacious. Lots of closet space. The only issue is the elevators can be very slow. The hotel is very central to shopping, restaurants, the art gallery and only a few blocks from the ocean.

I stayed at this hotel for one week. The internet was not usable one of the days that I stayed at the hotel. I had to sit beside my balcony with the door open and use the internet from elsewhere to connect to internet and go to local cafes to work. I tried internet in the business centre and I could not even get a signal in there. This is a hotel in downtown Vancouver in the financial district – they should have internet that works. This is simply an issue of the hotel not paying for enough bandwith as the signal in my room was a full five bars. I tried connecting on two laptops, one ipad, and one iPhone – none worked. Had the internet worked I would have given this hotel 4*, but due to the major inconvenience of not being able to do any work from my room I have given it 2*. This is an easy fix that the hotel should look into immediately.
As a frequent business traveller, I wouldn’t stay here again.
